Falmouth, Ky. (May 30, 2026) –On Friday, May 29, 2026, at approximately 9:00 PM. The Kentucky State Police Post 6 received a call of a two-vehicle collision near the 2600 block of US 27 in Pendleton County. The Pendleton County Sheriff’s Office arrived on scene and requested a reconstructionist from Post 6. The preliminary investigation indicates a 2015 Chevrolet Equinox operated by Sandra Barker, 67, of Falmouth, Kentucky, was traveling north on US 27, crossing the center line and struck a 2018 Ram truck operated by Everett Gibson, 57, of Falmouth, Kentucky. Sandra Barker was pronounced deceased on scene by the Pendleton County Coroner’s Office. Two juvenile passengers in the Ram truck were transported to area hospitals with serious injuries. The investigation is in the early stages and is being conducted by the collision reconstructionist at KSP Post 6 in Dry Ridge. They were assisted on scene by the Pendleton County Corners Office, Pendleton County Ems, Pendleton County Fire Department, Northern Pendleton Fire/EMS, Southern Campbell EMS, Air Evac Life Team, and University of Cincinnati Air Care # # #
